Child Safety Standards

CallKar's commitment to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Zero-Tolerance Policy

CallKar has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, or content that endangers minors in any way.

We prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of such content or behaviour on the platform without exception.

Age Requirement

CallKar is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the platform.
  • Creators must complete identity and age verification (KYC) before onboarding.
  • Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately suspended pending review.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content, user, or behaviour that may involve a minor or violate our child safety standards, report it immediately:

  • Use the in-app Report button on any profile or call.
  • Email our safety team at support@callkar.online with the subject line "Child Safety Report".

Reports are reviewed on priority and handled confidentially.

Enforcement Actions

When a violation is confirmed, we take swift action, including:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination
  • Preservation of evidence and account data
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable Indian law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperation with legal investigations as required by law

Moderation

We combine multiple layers of protection to keep the platform safe:

  • Automated detection systems that flag suspicious content and behaviour
  • A trained human moderation team available 24/7
  • Random and targeted audits of creator profiles
  • Ongoing safety training for creators and moderators

Compliance

CallKar operates in compliance with applicable laws and international child protection standards, including:

  • The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2021
  • Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for social apps
  • Applicable international CSAE prevention frameworks
