This Payment Policy governs all wallet recharges and payments made on the CallKar app. By recharging your CallKar wallet, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Use.
1. Wallet Recharges
- CallKar operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users add balance to their wallet ("Recharge") which is then used to pay for voice calls with creators at per-minute rates displayed in the App.
- Recharges are processed by third-party payment gateways. Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as per Indian law.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and has no cash value outside the CallKar platform.
2. No-Refund Policy
All recharges made on CallKar are final and non-refundable.Once wallet balance has been credited to your account, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or converted to cash under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after recharge.
- Unused wallet balance.
- Dissatisfaction with a call, creator, or the service.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms or Community Guidelines.
- Accidental or duplicate recharge (please recharge carefully).
3. Failed Transactions
If money is deducted from your bank account but wallet balance is not credited within 7 working days, email Support@CallKar.Online with your transaction ID. Verified failed transactions will be credited to your CallKar wallet (not refunded to the bank).
4. Call Charges
- Voice calls are billed per minute at the rate shown on the creator's profile before the call starts.
- Charges are deducted from the wallet in real time. A call ends automatically if wallet balance is insufficient.
- Partial-minute usage is rounded up to the next minute.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Support@CallKar.Online may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of wallet balance.
6. Changes
CallKar may revise recharge amounts, per-minute rates, or this Policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted in the App.
