Wallet Recharge
Users can recharge their CallKar Wallet using supported payment methods.
Wallet balances are used exclusively for voice calls within CallKar.
Per-Minute Billing
Each creator displays their own per-minute calling rate.
Charges begin only after the call is successfully connected.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely using trusted payment partners.
CallKar does not store complete card information.
Refund Policy
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable except:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction
- Technical error verified by CallKar
- Where required by applicable law
Failed Calls
If a call fails due to a verified platform issue, eligible wallet credits may be restored after review.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Suspend fraudulent accounts
- Reverse transactions resulting from abuse
Taxes
Applicable taxes may be charged where required.
