Welcome to CallKar. By downloading, accessing, or using the CallKar mobile application ("App") or any related services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About CallKar
CallKar is a voice-to-voice calling platform that connects users with verified creators for private, anonymous audio conversations. CallKar provides voice calls only. We do not offer video calls, text chat, media sharing, or in-person meetings of any kind.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use CallKar.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CallKar to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame any other user or creator.
- Solicit sexual services, share sexually explicit content, or engage in any illegal activity.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Attempt to record, intercept, reverse-engineer, or resell calls or any part of the service.
- Exchange personal contact details, meet offline, or move conversations to any platform outside CallKar.
4. Creators
Creators are independent individuals and not employees of CallKar. CallKar does not guarantee the availability, quality, or content of any conversation. Creators may decline or end calls at their discretion.
5. Recharges, Wallet & Payments
Calls are paid for using CallKar wallet balance that Users purchase in advance ("Recharge"). All Recharges are final and non-refundable. Please see our Payment Policy for full details.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, with or without notice, and without refund of unused wallet balance.
7. Disclaimers
CallKar is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallKar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Conversations on CallKar are for companionship and entertainment only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallKar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CallKar after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
