Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the CallKar app:

1. Open the CallKar app on your device.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

If you cannot sign in or your app is uninstalled, email our support team from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your registered phone number.

We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.

Upon deletion we permanently remove:

• Your profile name, photo, and bio
• Your phone number from active account records
• Your gallery photos and creator media
• Wallet balance and app preferences
• Chat and call history linked to your profile

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Personal data is anonymized within 30 days of your request.
• Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
• After anonymization, your data can no longer be tied back to you.

Certain records are retained in anonymized form only where the law requires it:

• Financial transaction records (tax & audit compliance)
• Records related to fraud prevention or ongoing legal investigations
• Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics

These records do not contain information that can identify you personally.
