CallKar is built on one simple promise — 100% Real Friendship. These guidelines apply to every User and every Creator on every voice call. Breaking them can lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent bans without refund of wallet balance.
1. Be Respectful
- Treat everyone with kindness, regardless of gender, age, religion, caste, language, region, sexual orientation, or ability.
- No hate speech, slurs, threats, bullying, or harassment.
- Consent matters — if the other person is uncomfortable, stop.
2. Keep It Voice-Only
CallKar is a voice-to-voice platform only. Do not attempt to:
- Ask for or share photos, videos, or any visual content.
- Move the conversation to WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or any other platform.
- Share phone numbers, addresses, social handles, bank details, or other personal contact information.
- Arrange to meet offline.
3. No Sexual, Explicit or Adult Content
- No sexual conversations, phone sex, moaning, roleplay of a sexual nature, or solicitation of any kind.
- No prostitution, escort services, or exchange of money for sexual acts.
- Flirting is fine — crossing into explicit content is not.
4. No Illegal Activity
- No drugs, weapons, violence, self-harm encouragement, gambling schemes, or fraud.
- No contact with, or content involving, minors. CallKar is 18+.
- No impersonation of celebrities, officials, or other users.
5. Honesty & Authenticity
- Use real information when signing up. Creators must be the person shown in their profile photo and audio.
- No bots, auto-diallers, or scripted calls.
- No promoting other apps, businesses, MLM, or crypto schemes on calls.
6. Privacy
- Do not record, screenshot, or transcribe calls without consent.
- Do not share anything a call partner told you in private, on social media or anywhere else.
7. Reporting
If someone breaks these guidelines, end the call and report them from the in-app report button or email Support@CallKar.Online. Our safety team reviews reports 24/7.
8. Enforcement
- First offence: warning or temporary suspension.
- Serious or repeat offence: permanent ban and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance and creator earnings.
- Illegal activity is reported to law-enforcement authorities.
