Expert Creator Agreement
& Community Guidelines

1. Terms of Service

As a CallKar Creator you are an independent individual, not an employee or agent of CallKar. You must be at least 18 years of age, complete identity verification (KYC) and provide accurate profile information. CallKar is a voice-only platform — no video, no chat, no media sharing, no offline meetings.

2. Nature of the Platform — CallKar is Only a Medium

CallKar provides the technology that connects a user (caller) and a creator (receiver) over a voice call. CallKar is only a medium — we do not participate in, monitor or control the content of conversations. The Creator is solely responsible for what they say, promise or do on a call. If anything goes wrong on a call, including any advice, claim, dispute, loss, injury or legal issue arising out of the conversation, the Creator alone is liable and CallKar shall not be held responsible in any manner.

3. Male Users, Female Creators & Creator Control

CallKar allows male users to connect with female creators (and other creators) for friendly voice conversations of any type permitted by our Community Guidelines. The Creator is the sole custodian of the conversation and is expected to maintain the ground rules at all times. If a user makes the Creator uncomfortable in any way — abusive language, harassment, threats, sexual solicitation, attempts to extract personal details or any breach of guidelines — the Creator can and should:

• End the call immediately without warning.
• Block the user from calling them again from the in-app block button.
• Report the user to CallKar via the in-app report flow or by emailing Support@CallKar.Online. Our safety team reviews reports 24/7 and may suspend or permanently ban the reported user.

The Creator's decision to end or refuse a call is final and will not affect their verified status when made in good faith.

4. Conduct & Zero Tolerance

You agree to treat every user with respect and to follow our Community Guidelines on every call. Sexual, explicit, abusive, illegal or harassing behavior results in immediate and permanent removal from the platform without notice. Attempts to move users off CallKar, share contact details, or solicit payments outside the app are prohibited.

5. Do Not Share Confidential or Personal Information

Never share — and never ask a user to share — any confidential or personal information on a CallKar call, including but not limited to:

• Full name, home or work address, city landmark or location.
• Phone number, WhatsApp, email, social-media handles or UPI ID.
• Bank account, card, CVV, OTP, net-banking or wallet credentials.
• Aadhaar, PAN, passport, government ID or KYC documents.
• Family details, workplace details, daily routine or travel plans.
• Passwords, login codes or any financial information.

Keep conversations on CallKar — do not move to any other app or meet offline. Sharing personal or confidential details is at the Creator's and User's own risk, and CallKar shall not be liable for any misuse arising out of such disclosure.

6. Payout Structure

Creators earn a per-minute share of the user's spend, credited to your CallKar earnings wallet in real time. Payouts are processed weekly to your verified bank account after deduction of the platform fee and applicable taxes, subject to a minimum payout threshold. CallKar may withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected policy violations, fraud, chargebacks or disputes.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared by users during calls is strictly confidential. You will not record, transcribe, screenshot or share any part of a conversation. You will not store, misuse or disclose any user's identity, contact details or personal information. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination and may lead to legal action.

8. Availability & Quality

Maintain a stable, high-quality internet connection and a quiet environment while online. Respond promptly to incoming calls when your status is active. Repeated missed calls, low ratings or poor audio may affect your ranking and verified status.

9. Non-Refundable Recharges

Users pay for calls with wallet balance recharged in advance. All user recharges are final and non-refundable. Creators are not entitled to any refund of platform fees, and creator earnings tied to a call that is reversed for fraud or policy violation may be withheld or reversed.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallKar, its founders, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of any conversation, interaction, advice, dispute, loss or injury between a Creator and a User. The Creator agrees to indemnify and hold CallKar harmless from any claim, demand, penalty or legal proceeding brought by a user, a third party or any authority arising out of the Creator's conduct on the platform.

11. Tax Responsibility

The Creator is solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, GST or other taxes applicable to their CallKar earnings. CallKar may deduct TDS or other statutory amounts where required by law.

12. Termination

CallKar may suspend or terminate your creator account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, our Community Guidelines or applicable law. On termination for cause, any remaining creator earnings may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through CallKar Support before initiating legal action.

14. Changes

CallKar may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email Support@CallKar.Online.
